Developmental Support Services
Individuals and families who wish to receive services in the Barry's Bay area may contact Developmental Services at 756-1479. The service coordinator will assist with the intake and referral process for services offered in Renfrew County . The service coordinator will be able to supply information about Special Services at Home, Assistance for Children with Severe Disability Program, Ontario Disability Support Program as well as other Ministry and regional resources.

Opportunities and Action is the result of 18 months of research and discussion with a wide range of groups and indivduals from across Ontario: people with a developmental disability, their families, service providers, academics and clinical professionals. and is an important part of their plan to build a more inclusive province for people who have a developmental disability, and it outlines the Onatrio government's response to the challenges facing our developmental services system.
